From literacy to community aid — every program is built around real needs and real impact.
Each program is designed with direct community input, staffed by trained volunteers and professionals, and evaluated regularly for real-world impact.
The Read Together Initiative is our flagship literacy program, providing books, trained reading volunteers, and safe, inspiring spaces where children aged 5–14 can discover the joy of reading.
Operating in community centers, schools, and libraries across Warsaw and surrounding regions, the program runs weekly sessions throughout the school year, with intensive summer camps during holidays.
The Family Support Network provides direct, dignified assistance to families experiencing hardship — from loss of employment and illness to domestic difficulties and housing instability.
Our team of social workers and trained volunteers work alongside families, not just for them — helping them identify needs, access resources, and build self-sufficiency over time.
Our volunteers are the heart of FUNDACJA IMIENIA PROF. DR. HAB. KAZIMIERZA PAJĄKA. The Volunteer Corps Program recruits, trains, and empowers individuals to deliver our programs with professionalism, empathy, and sustained commitment.
All volunteers receive comprehensive onboarding, role-specific training, ongoing support, and recognition for their contributions. We welcome people of all ages and backgrounds.
The Cultural Exchange Program celebrates Poland's rich heritage while opening doors to the wider world. Through art exhibitions, music workshops, traditional craft sessions, and storytelling events, we help communities connect across generations and cultures.
The program also partners with international organizations to bring cross-cultural learning opportunities to participants, broadening horizons and building mutual respect.
Designed for teenagers aged 13–19, the Youth Mentorship Program pairs young people with experienced mentors from diverse professional backgrounds. Together, they work on personal development, career exploration, and life skills.
The program runs in one-year cohorts, with monthly one-on-one meetings, group workshops, and field visits to workplaces, universities, and cultural institutions.
