Answers to the most common questions from people who want to get involved.

No special qualifications are required for most volunteer roles. We provide comprehensive training for all volunteers. For roles working directly with children, a basic background check is required. What matters most is your commitment, reliability, and compassion.

We have flexible options to suit different lifestyles. Some volunteers contribute just 2–4 hours per month, while others commit 10–20 hours. We ask only that you are consistent with whatever commitment you agree to, so that our beneficiaries can rely on you.

Yes! We have English-speaking roles available, particularly in our Cultural Exchange and Youth Mentorship programs. International volunteers are very welcome. We also have some positions that don't require verbal communication at all, such as logistics and material preparation.

At least 85% of every donation goes directly to program delivery — including materials, venue costs, transport, and participant support. Less than 15% covers essential administration and operational costs. We publish annual financial reports which are available on request.

Yes. FUNDACJA IMIENIA PROF. DR. HAB. KAZIMIERZA PAJĄKA is a registered public benefit organization (Organizacja Pożytku Publicznego) in Poland. Donations from both individuals and businesses may be eligible for tax deductions under Polish tax law. We recommend consulting your accountant for specific tax advice.
