Our story, our mission, and the people who make it all possible.
FUNDACJA IMIENIA PROF. DR. HAB. KAZIMIERZA PAJĄKA was born from a simple belief: that every person, regardless of their background or circumstances, deserves to be part of a strong, supportive community.
Founded in 2010 by a small group of social workers, teachers, and community activists in Poland, FUNDACJA IMIENIA PROF. DR. HAB. KAZIMIERZA PAJĄKA — whose name means "Spider Foundation" — draws its identity from the spider's web: a structure that is at once delicate and incredibly strong, purposeful in design, and capable of catching what matters most.
What began as a local reading initiative for children in Warsaw has grown into a multifaceted foundation running educational, social, and cultural programs across multiple regions of Poland. Today, our network reaches over 2,400 beneficiaries annually and is supported by more than 320 dedicated volunteers.

To weave resilient support networks that empower children, families, and communities to overcome challenges, grow their potential, and build a better shared future through education, direct aid, and cultural connection.
A Poland — and a world — where no child lacks access to education, no family faces hardship alone, and every community is strong enough to support its most vulnerable members with dignity and compassion.
We operate with transparency, compassion, and respect for human dignity. We believe in the power of community, the importance of cultural identity, and the responsibility we all share for one another's wellbeing.
Our team brings together expertise in social work, education, nonprofit management, and community organizing.
